EX-Périmentations #33 ⋆ UP – Circus & Performing Arts

Accueil en Salle du 22.05.2023 > 08.06.2023 ___ Dossier à déposer, en ligne sur My Cata, au plus tard le 27.03.23 ___ Sélection de 6 à 8 Projets.

Avec les EX-Périmentations, UP – Circus & Performing Arts se transforme en laboratoire scénique sans frontière, dédié aux créations émergentes.

Rendez-vous des corps & des têtes chercheuses, les EX-Périmentations offrent aux créateur.rice.s un cadre, un accompagnement ainsi que des objectifs ciblés dans le temps & dans l’espace.

Chaque Projet lauréat dispose de 3 semaines pour mener à bien un travail de réflexion, de recherche, d’innovation ou de premières écritures au plateau. En fin de processus, le public est invité à découvrir quelques fragments présentés au plateau, lors d’une Soirée itinérante, à travers les différentes Salles & StudiOs de UP – Circus & Performing Arts. A la fin des présentations, les Spect’Acteurs sont invités à partager leurs ressentis, leurs émotions & leurs impressions lors d’une séance de « retours » structurée.

Par le biais de ce dispositif de SOUTIEN, UP – Circus & Performing Arts met à la disposition des créateurs :

5 Salles de travail: Le StudiO 195 / le StudiO 187 / le StudiO 68 / le StudiO 2.0 & l’Open Space B
Minimum 45 heures de StudiOs par Projet  [1 StudiO de 3h par jour pendant 3 semaines]
Minimum 30 heures d’Entraînement par Projet [1 Créneau d’Entraînement de 2h par jour pendant 3 semaines]
1 RDV d’Accompagnement de Projet en début de processus
Des coups de projecteurs [COM] sur leurs démarches
L’organisation d’une Présentations devant un public restreint & ciblé  [15’ par Projet] : Jeudi 08.06.2023 à 19h
1 Séance ‘retours’ avec la Directrice artistique de UP – Circus & Performing Arts à l’issue des Présentations

Après avoir encodé votre Projet artistique sur My Cata, merci de nous faire parvenir les informations spécifiques sur vos besoins & attentes par rapport à ce dispositif, à savoir :

Une note d’intention précisant votre motivation & vos objectifs à participer aux EX-Périmentations.
Une structuration de votre travail durant les 3 semaines de préparation / recherche
Vos attentes par rapport à la Team UP
Vos besoins & attentes logistiques & techniques durant votre accueil
Une fiche technique spécifique pour les Présentations du 08.06.2023 reprenant vos éléments de scénographie ; vos besoins [basiques] en son & lumière ; les dimensions minimums requises de l’espace de travail au sol & de la hauteur ainsi que le nombre de points d’accroches nécessaires.

L’ensemble des informations demandées ci-dessus complèteront votre candidature.

With the EX-Perimentations, UP - Circus & Performing Arts transforms itself into a borderless scenic laboratory, dedicated to emerging creations.

The EX-Perimentations are a meeting place for bodies and research minds, offering creators a framework, support and targeted objectives in time and space.

Each winning project has 3 weeks to carry out a work of reflection, research, innovation or first writings on stage. At the end of the process, the public is invited to discover a few fragments presented on stage, during an itinerant evening, through the different Rooms & StudiOs of UP - Circus & Performing Arts. At the end of the presentations, the Spect’Actors are invited to share their feelings, emotions & impressions during a structured »feedback » session.

Through this SUPPORT system, UP - Circus & Performing Arts provides creators with

5 Workrooms: StudiO 195 / le StudiO 187 / le StudiO 68 / le StudiO 2.0 & l’Open Space B

Minimum 45 hours of StudiOs per Project [1 StudiO of 3 hours per day for 3 weeks]
Minimum 30 hours of Training per Project [1 x 2 hour training session per day for 3 weeks]
1 Project Coaching meeting at the beginning of the process
Spotlight [COM] on their process
The organization of a Presentation in front of a restricted & targeted audience [15’ per Project]: Thursday 08.06.2023 at 7pm
1 ’feedback’ session with the Artistic Director of UP - Circus & Performing Arts after the Presentations

Once you have registered your artistic project on My Cata, please send us specific information about your needs and expectations in relation to this project

A note of intent specifying your motivation & your objectives to participate in the EX-Periments.
A structure of your work during the 3 weeks of preparation / research
Your expectations of the UP Team
Your logistical & technical needs & expectations during your hosting
A specific technical sheet for the Presentations on 08.06.2023 including your scenography elements; your [basic] sound & light needs; the minimum required dimensions of the working space on the floor & the height as well as the number of hanging points needed.

All of the above information will complete your application.

They will be compiled on a PDF [maximum 4 A4 pages] that you will send us by clicking on SUBMIT A PROJECT [>>>> on the right of the Call for Projects]
